The third renovation stage of the gallery flat is finished. The flat appears in new splendour, kitchen installation and gallery extension with glass railing give the flat a noble touch. The newly laid real wood oak parquet ensures maximum hygiene and a feel-good atmosphere paired with country house charm.

By enlarging the balcony, a covered dining area was created, which offers views of the Scalottas, especially in summer, in the evening sun, as an alternative to the living-dining area.

The flat is painted white, completely refitted and equipped with new furniture.

The flat is located on the second floor and is accessible via the staircase without lift. In the gallery there is a new box-spring bed (160x200) as well as a new bunk bed for two more persons measuring 90x200, all mattresses, duvets and pillows are new. In the living room, which can be separated from the dining and fireplace area by a white sliding door, there is an elegant cream-coloured sofa bed for an additional two people, two light grey armchairs and the TV system and two boom boxes. In this area is the access to the shower room with toilet, as well as to another storage room, which offers space for suitcases and clothes. All walls and ceilings as well as the staircase to the gallery are painted white, the open fireplace as an eye-catcher, which may not be fired, however, invites to a cosy get-together at the large dining table.
